Resource: The National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center presents their new “Advocacy Curriculum.” The role of an advocate is challenging, multi-faceted, and sometimes overwhelming. NIWRC created this curriculum to support Tribal programs in their efforts to provide advocacy and safety for survivors and make changes to end violence by embracing Indigenous culture. This curriculum provides comprehensive information that programs can use for team building, professional development, public education, and cross-training initiatives.
