These will be conversations with NCVLI’s partners across the country including newly identified policymakers, attorneys, advocates, and survivors, and those from our current and earlier RISE Clinics. Each session will focus on different topic areas around instances where we ask for rights for crime victims.
The goal of these live videos is to get people thinking about victims’ rights in all aspects of their work and to create energy around how we ask for those rights to be realized in our courts, rules, policies, procedures, laws, and most importantly-for crime victims and survivors.
